Coralville

A Connected City with All the Essentials

This Iowa City suburb has continued to become a destination spot. It’s home to the thriving Iowa River Landing, a mixed-use development featuring the Xtream Arena, restaurants and hotels, shopping, luxury condos, medical services, a brewery, rooftop dining, and a large convention center.

As its population of nearly 22,000 continues to grow, new additions to Coralville have included a Center for the Performing Arts, an expanded and remodeled library, coffee shops, golf courses, community gardens, and a natural foods co-op. Coralville also continues to expand its more than 20 miles of biking and walking trails, which connect the town’s multiple community spaces and make it easy to get around without a vehicle.

Coralville Lake is a popular destination for boating, fishing, hiking, and relaxing by the water. Coralville is also known for the Coralville Strip, which runs from one of the largest shopping centers in the state (Coral Ridge Mall) to downtown Iowa City, home of the University of Iowa.
