Step into a piece of local history with this charming 1938 double-wing Moffitt home in the highly sought-after Lucas Farms neighborhood. Once featured on the Parade of Historic Homes, this timeless residence beautifully blends classic craftsmanship with thoughtful modern updates. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms plus a dedicated office, two newly remodeled bathrooms, an updated kitchen, and two inviting fireplaces adding warmth and character throughout. The home’s original charm shines through with its unique architectural details, including delightfully uneven floors that tell the story of its rich history. Outside, enjoy a picturesque flagstone patio overlooking a beautifully landscaped yard—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A tandem garage provides convenient parking and storage. Lovingly maintained and extensively updated with a new roof, new HVAC, fresh paint, new carpet, etc. (see attached list for all improvements).
