From the very beginning, this agent’s career has always been destined for real estate. As a child, one of Brandie’s favorite pastimes was attending open houses and walking through new construction homes with her parents. Brandie also loved hair styling, and immediately after high school, she got her cosmetology license and practiced as a hairstylist for 12 years.Â
Ready for the challenge of a new career, Brandie decided to earn her real estate license. But soon after obtaining her license, an opportunity to work for Infinity Skin Care, a cosmetic dermatology office, came along. Brandie shifted her focus to patient relations and helping clients improve their image for eight years.
Eventually the allure of real estate, Brandie’s first true love, inspired her to get re-licensed as a REALTOR® so she could help people buying and selling their homes. Today Brandie lives her passion for representing buyers and sellers and helping sellers with home staging—something she considers one of the most rewarding parts of selling a home.
Brandie has lived in the Iowa City area for the past 20 years. She and her husband Rob have six children: two that have fled the nest and four still living at home. Brandie enjoys being outside, whether that’s gardening, running, or biking. She also spends her time cooking, studying design, and entertaining friends and family.
