Even though this REALTOR® has deep Iowa roots and knows Iowa City and surrounding areas like the back of her hand, she’s a traveler and explorer at heart. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with an elementary education degree, Briley’s interest in real estate led her to explore becoming a REALTOR®—and she hasn’t looked back yet. 

Briley’s passion for real estate is fueled by the excitement of the home buying and selling process. Her goal as a REALTOR® is to shake up the industry. Briley strives to make her clients feel as welcome and supported as she felt when she took the leap into real estate and joined The Bails Team. When she isn’t helping clients buy and sell homes, she enjoys spending time with her large family, exploring new places, and playing with her dog, Melman.
