A REALTOR® since 2018, she and her husband also own Kruse Quality Construction, which has been in business for over 25 years. It’s there where she developed her deep knowledge in new construction, remodeling, working with blueprints, design, and interior fixtures.
The bottom line is that Char has been deep in high-end home renovations in the Iowa City and Coralville area for years. It’s why she earned the nickname The Renovator.
Char has always loved real estate and with her history of design and construction, she knew becoming a REALTOR® was a perfect match for her talents. She is passionate about helping clients find their dream home whether it’s one she can help them remodel or is new construction that is move-in ready.Â
Her favorite REALTOR® moment to date? A couple came to one of her remodeled homes and brought their children. The look on their faces and the faces of their children of just joy when they knew this was going to be their home is something she’ll never forget.Â
