When you walk through our front door or call our office, you’ll be greeted by Claire’s warm smile and friendly voice. She keeps everything running like clockwork! 

Claire’s customer service journey has taken her from small-town pizzerias to the complex world of insurance and investments—and now she’s bringing her people-first approach to Urban Acres. She tackles each day with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help. 

Claire was drawn to Urban because she wanted to be surrounded by people who love the community as much as she does. A Kalona native with black and gold in her veins, Claire has been cheering on the Hawkeyes since before she could say ‘touchdown.’ 

Outside the office, Claire is living her best dog mom life with her two four-legged children: Ryder, a Blue Heeler mix, and Jax, a Doberman mix. When she’s not throwing tennis balls until her arm gives out, Claire is planning outdoor adventures with her fiancé, Gunnar.
