If Urban Acres had a Swiss Army knife, it would be Haley. As our Manager of Events, Community Relations, and Office Operations, she tackles everything from ordering office supplies to coordinating community sponsorships with a smile that never quits. 

The queen of creative solutions, Haley’s inbox is a constant stream of ‘Can you design this?’ ‘Schedule that?’ ‘Fix this ASAP?’ And somehow she makes it all happen without breaking a sweat. Need marketing materials? She’s on it. Cool swag? Consider it ordered. Event planning? That’s her jam. If there’s a snag anywhere in the Urban machine, Haley’s already three steps into solving it before you’ve finished explaining the issue. 

When she’s not being Urban’s behind-the-scenes miracle worker, Haley is living her best mom era with her daughter Sawyer, her hunky husband Tim, and their two Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, Rowdie and Hobbes. 

Ask Haley about her passions outside of work, and she’ll tell you about her love for live music, catching up with friends over drinks, and spontaneous travel adventures that laugh in the face of unused PTO. Though she’s seen plenty of places, Iowa remains her home base because nothing beats being surrounded by family.
