This West Branch native earned her real estate license in 1999 and has been working in real estate and property management ever since. Over the last 20+ years, Wendi has perfected the art of helping both homebuyers and rental tenants find the perfect place to call home.Â
Wendi is an expert at crafting a great real estate experience, and she also loves to craft outside of work. Making things new again is her favorite creative outlet. She can often be found searching local thrift stores for things she can upcycle.Â
Wendi and her husband have two sons—Reese and Quinn—and are adjusting to life as empty nesters. Wendi spends her newfound free time crafting (of course!) or watching sports.

Urban or Acres?
I am both! My grandparents had a dairy farm where I spent a lot of time growing up, but now I live in Iowa City and love everything being a quick drive away.
- Favorite Iowa City Establishment: I love to go to thrift stores to find items to craft with!
- Best Part of Iowa: I enjoy watching all sports and Iowa City is right in the middle of everything. I can watch anything I want, from high school sports to college sports, or take a quick drive to watch professional teams.
