The drawn winner must be able to pick up the prize at the Urban Acres Real Estate office in Coralville, IA during business hours by Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

To enter, participants must fill out and submit the form required above. This sweepstakes is to begin Tuesday, March 26 at 12:00:00 AM CT and ends Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM CT. Limited to one entry per participant. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from the database of collected forms and contacted by Urban Acres Real Estate on Friday, April 5, 2024. Winner must (1) certify that they do not intend to sell this prize, (2) be able to pick up the prize at the Urban Acres Real Estate Office (250 Holiday Rd, Coralville, IA 52241) by Tuesday, April 30 within business hours. If the chosen winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified.
