It unofficially began in 1996. Though they didn’t realize it at the time, Tia Perez and Jane Axt moved to Iowa City on the same day. In 2012, they joined creative forces as Tia + Jane to find a better way to sell homes.

Specializing in home staging and new construction, Tia + Jane are among just three percent of REALTORS® nationwide to have earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
